Cube’s specialist knowledge in Light Industrial facilities was fundamental in Cushman’s selection for this landmark project. Key to the success was Cube’s ability to develop the architectural design and implement the technical requirements of the Kelvin Hughes delivery team. The works included the fit-out of 15,000 sq ft of existing office space together with the formation and fit-out of a further 10,000 sq ft of office space on a new mezzanine floor constructed by Cube. Particular focus was on the installation of the cold aisle data centre.
