Description

The Qbic Hotel is being built within and around an existing office block, with an extension section and an additional two storeys added to the existing structure. The Qbic concept focuses on reducing the environmental impact of the hotel build process and utilising sustainability features such as LED energy efficient lighting, card readers that reduce power consumption in unoccupied rooms, water saving measures and solar panels supplying the hotel. Whilst this hotel is under construction, there are continuous planning tweaks to ensure the outcome will provide the most efficient solution whilst centring on the customer experience.
